GISIG Film Club discussion

This month’s film will be the powerful documentary "TAUGHT TO FEAR," produced by BBC Africa Eye. The film lays bare  the controversial practice of corporal punishment in schools across various African countries, exploring its prevalence and the impact it has on students and teachers alike. Through personal testimonies, interviews, and real classroom footage, the documentary highlights the psychological and physical effects of this punitive method on young learners.
