RESIG: 2nd National Conference on English Language Educational Research - Mexico 2024

The 2nd National Conference on English Language Educational Research - Mexico 2024, supported by IATEFL ReSIG, will be held online on Friday, 29th November 2024. The event will bring together teacher-researchers from ten public universities in Mexico, who will present research on English language teaching and learning at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Topics include language teaching, learning, and assessment; inclusive teacher education; professional development for language teachers; translation studies; sociolinguistics; and language skills development.

The conference will feature a plenary session by Dr. Pat Grounds (British Council), who will reflect on her contributions to English language teaching in Mexico. The event will conclude with a panel discussion to highlight key insights and emerging themes from the presentations. This conference provides a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration in English language education.
