LAMSIG - New Year Resolutions: The Management Edition

In this workshop, we invite both experienced and aspiring ELT managers to focus on new year resolutions and goals to enhance their leadership and management skills in the new year ahead. During the workshop, the participants will be engaged in a reflective and interactive discussion on the interplay between effective leadership, professional development and goal-setting. They will have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership skills and areas for professional development, and discuss how these can be addressed amongst daily challenges by exploring various techniques and tools for self-development and goal-setting.   

Speakers:

As members of the IATEFL LAMSIG Sub-committee, Mike, Özlem, Mariana, Daniela and Jonathan have had teaching, training and management experience in ELT for more than 15 years in various contexts including language centres, training centres, higher education or young learner academies.
Through their academic and professional background in educational management, they collaborate with and provide support to ELT professionals around the world as members of the LAMSIG committee as well as those in their own contexts.
Their areas of interest include leadership and management, continuous professional development, and training.
